Marketing / advertising

No sale of personal information
Polar Hair Co Inc does not sell personal information to data brokers. Where advertising cookies are considered “sharing” under California law, you can turn this off entirely using the opt-out controls in the section above.
A few more things worth stating plainly
Do Not Track signals: Most browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is no single technical standard that all sites are required to follow for this signal, our site does not currently respond to it directly — instead, we honor the Global Privacy Control signal described above, which carries clear legal effect under California law.
Children’s privacy: Instant Dye Shampoo is marketed to adults, and polarhairofficial.com is not directed at children under 13.
